Salmon roe (caviar) processing (punching) machine

There is advanced method used for mechanical punching line of roe MPR-1, with upper block of rollers  through the mesh surface  of reel during its rotary despite the traditional punch on mesh roe-sieve using wiping method on the wattled grid. From the inner part of real to the reception basket rolling the roe, and the ovaries skin leftovers on the real are moving off with spray of water and air.
