Technological equipment for fish processing sector
The equipment is being manufacture for the raw fish processing by the cascade method and to be divided into three types that is depends on the installation:
The first option: is a cutting module that is perpendicular install to the storrage bin. (Scheme 1).
Using for the pink salmon treatment, chum salmon and various fish.
The second option: a cutting unit is installed parallel to the storage bin. (Scheme 2)
Using for cutting the pink and chum salmon only.
The sird option: Conveyor type processing
The following criteria is accounted for when choosing installation of fish processing equipment:
- Dimentions of fish processing section or plant;
- Type of the raw fish processing;
- Range of products .
The storrage bin (hopper) that is for processing fish is to be designed individually for each plant or section with customer aggreement, and taking for consideration the volume of raw fish and the chosen option of installation
